TP Gaming Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Philippine Player

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on TP Gaming, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Acceptance is automatic upon completing the registration process — a separate acknowledgement click is not required, though it may be displayed during onboarding.

These Terms apply to all TP Gaming products — casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, MMA betting, fishing games, virtual sports, roulette, and all future product categories added to the platform.

TP Gaming reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify registered players of material changes via email or in-platform notification.

To register and play on TP Gaming, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while holding an active account:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — either requested through TP Gaming or through any other gaming operator with which you have a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must be registering in your own name and for your own personal, non-commercial use.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of TP Gaming or its gaming software providers.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and Philippine mobile number. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold only one TP Gaming account. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether registered under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or device identifiers — is a violation of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your TP Gaming account login credentials. This includes your password and the OTP codes sent to your registered phone number. You must not share your login details with any other person.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify TP Gaming support immediately at support@tpgaming.app. We will take prompt action to investigate and, where necessary, suspend the account to prevent further unauthorised access.

TP Gaming accounts are for personal use only. Using your account for commercial purposes — including operating a betting syndicate, accepting bets on behalf of others, or reselling TP Gaming credits — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

All TP Gaming transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Supported deposit methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit by default, though TP Gaming reserves the right to apply account-level limits in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or verification requirements.

Deposits must come from payment accounts registered in your own name. TP Gaming does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a payment account not belonging to the registered player will be returned to the source and the relevant TP Gaming account will be subject to review.

• GCash and Maya deposits typically credit to your TP Gaming wallet within seconds.
• InstaPay and PESONet transfers may take up to one banking business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Card payments process within a few minutes subject to bank approval.

TP Gaming does not charge fees for deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your bank or e-wallet provider if you are unsure.

You may request a withdrawal of your TP Gaming balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed the applicable identity verification (KYC) process.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements attached to your current balance must have been fulfilled.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawal requests must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name.

TP Gaming processes GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within an average of 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week including public holidays. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one banking business day. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required.

TP Gaming reserves the right to request documentary verification of any withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts or where account activity is inconsistent with normal player patterns. This is a player protection measure and is not an indication of any wrongdoing on your part.

TP Gaming offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Philippine players. Each offer is governed by its own specific Terms, which are published alongside the offer before you choose to opt in. The following general rules apply to all TP Gaming bonuses unless a specific offer states otherwise:

• All bonuses carry a wagering (turnover) requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonus funds and real money funds in your account are tracked separately. Real money is used first in wagering by default.
• Bonuses may be restricted to specific game types. Bets placed on excluded games will not count toward wagering requirements.
• TP Gaming reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided no players have already opted in to that specific offer.
• Evidence of bonus abuse — including, but not limited to, wagering on both outcomes of the same event, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or coordinated play designed to exploit promotional mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonus winnings are subject to a maximum withdrawal cap, which is stated clearly in each individual offer's Terms.

The following rules apply to all sports and MMA bets placed on TP Gaming:

• All bets are accepted at TP Gaming's absolute discretion. We reserve the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet without explanation.
• The minimum sports bet on TP Gaming is ₱50. Maximum bet limits vary by sport, event, and market and are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Check your selections and stake carefully before submission.
• TP Gaming will void any bet placed on an event where a clear pricing error (palpable error) was made. Bets placed on obviously incorrect odds — including odds that are widely inconsistent with market prices — are subject to void or repricing.
• In-play bets are accepted based on data from TP Gaming's official data provider. Bets may be suspended or refused during periods of live match uncertainty (e.g., VAR review, injury stoppage).
• Results are settled using official results announced by the relevant governing body or sports commission. Unofficial or social media results are not used for settlement.

For MMA betting specifically, fight results are settled using the official decision announced inside the cage by the commission official. Post-fight medical decisions, appeals, or retrospective rulings that alter the result after initial settlement may lead to bet resettlement at TP Gaming's discretion.

All casino games on TP Gaming — including live dealer games, roulette, fishing games, virtual sports, and slot-type games — use independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) or live-streamed dealer systems depending on the game type. The fairness and integrity of all game outcomes are certified by the game providers.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection during a game round, or software error that results in an ambiguous outcome, TP Gaming reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account. No player has the right to claim winnings from a game round that was materially affected by a technical error.

Minimum and maximum bet limits are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, room, or player account level on TP Gaming. Attempting to circumvent bet limits through splitting wagers or proxy play is prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on TP Gaming and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering using false, stolen, or fabricated identity information.
• Attempting to launder funds through deposits and withdrawals.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets or gain advantage over other players or TP Gaming's systems.
• Collusion between players in any multiplayer game format.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Chargebacks or unauthorised payment disputes filed against legitimate TP Gaming transactions.
• Any activity designed to manipulate TP Gaming's promotional systems, including coordinated multi-account bonus exploitation.

TP Gaming may request identity verification at any stage of your account's life — at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a pattern of activity that triggers our internal verification protocols. Acceptable identity documents for Philippine players include:

• Philippine passport
• UMID (Unified Multi-Purpose ID)
• Philippine driver's licence
• Philippine National ID (PhilSys)
• SSS or GSIS ID
• Voter's ID

Additional documentation — such as proof of address or source of funds — may be requested in specific circumstances. You have 30 days from the date of a KYC request to submit required documents. Failure to complete KYC within this window may result in a suspension of withdrawal rights until the process is completed.

No part of the TP Gaming platform may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or commercially exploited without explicit written permission from TP Gaming.

Accessing TP Gaming's platform grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TP Gaming's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

TP Gaming is not liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, or indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes losses resulting from third-party payment processing delays, game provider outages, internet service interruptions, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms limits TP Gaming's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law.

Your continued use of TP Gaming after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not accept any revised Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms — including disputes about the existence, validity, or termination of this agreement — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts.

TP Gaming's decisions on bet settlement, account status, and bonus eligibility are final unless an error of fact or process can be demonstrated by the player. Dissatisfaction with a game outcome that was correctly and fairly determined by a certified RNG is not grounds for a dispute.
