Account & Registration

Creating a TP Gaming account is free and takes under two minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Philippine mobile number, email address, and date of birth, then choose a strong password. Accept the TP Gaming Terms and Conditions, complete the OTP verification sent to your registered mobile number, and you're in. You can start depositing immediately after verification. You must be at least 21 years old to register and play at TP Gaming. This is an absolute requirement — not a recommendation. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support for identity-verified recovery.

For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email address require identity verification. Log in to your TP Gaming account, go to Account Settings, and submit a change request. You'll be asked to verify ownership of both the old and new contact details. Alternatively, contact support directly. Never share your OTP with anyone, including people claiming to be TP Gaming staff — we will never ask for it.

TP Gaming will request a valid government-issued Philippine ID before processing your first withdrawal. First, wait up to 15 minutes and refresh your TP Gaming wallet. Withdrawals
